Inspiration does a body good...

Almost every nite before bed, I like to drink a glass of milk.  And more often than not, I end up blowing a few bubbles.  I know it's juvenile, but it still does it for me.   

Well, my husband is always asleep before me and this particular nite he happened upon me doing my thing. Needless to say, he was kind of flabbergasted upon witnessing my little ritual. Then, he was inspired to snap a few photos...

I love these shots and have a sneaky feeling that these are gonna influence a few of my upcoming pieces. Keep an eye out...!  :o)

Trunk show...

Have you ever wanted to host your own trunk show?

All it takes is a few friends, some cocktails, some appetizers, and Yummy & Company!

Just pick out a time and date and invite a few (5-10) friends.  Although I don't show up with an actual trunk, I do show up a half hour early to set up a few trays of jewelry.  It's that easy.  The host gets to pick out a free piece of jewelry and gets a discount on all of her purchases.  All of the guests have a great time... eating, drinking, and trying on jewelry!  There's no hard sell, there's no minimum purchase, just drinks, friends, jewelry, and good times!

Road trip!

Heading down to the ICE show in Atlanta in a few weeeks!  It's the first time doing a show down there and I'm super excited!  I'll be road tripping with my honey and taking in the sites on the way down.  While there, I plan on stopping in a few places to see if my work might be a good fit... if any of you have any insights or know of any cute shops let me know! Thanks!  :o)

New Display!

This cute little display is getting sent down to Kentucky!

Artique a wonderful gallery and boutique in Lexington is stocking a bunch of my work, so I figured I'd make them a custom display to show off my stuff!  The display is made from recycled wine crates and hangers!
